Sterilizing your tools is effortless with these special sterilization pouches, designed to keep instruments sterile for up to 5 years.

Each pouch features a built-in sterilization indicator and is self-sealing for added convenience.

How to use:
– Place the instrument to be sterilized into the pouch, pressing out excess air before sealing.
– Fold and seal the edge marked “fold here” to close the pouch securely.
– Insert the sealed pouch into the sterilizer, ensuring that it does not touch the metal tray or other pouches during steam sterilization.
– The pouches are suitable for steam sterilization at temperatures between 250°F and 270°F (up to 132°C) for a maximum of 30 minutes, or for dry heat sterilization at up to 130°C for 30 minutes. The melting point of the pouch material is 419°F (215°C). Always follow the instructions provided with your sterilizer, and remember that a change in the indicator color does not automatically confirm sterilization. Be sure to maintain and calibrate your sterilization device regularly.
– Let the sealed pouches cool inside the sterilizer for 5-10 minutes after the cycle is complete.
– Open the pouch by tearing along the seal.

Important:
Do not place wet or damp instruments in the pouches, as this can lead to burning or bursting of the packaging. Avoid stacking the pouches, as this may cause them to melt.
