Important Information on Returns:
Returns of faulty products will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at LUXURY NAIL BOUTIQUE, keep the products in perfect condition and take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. However you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to mishandling, will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty product if a replacement is in stock and available. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 6 days of being received by you.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days. All the credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed in the https://www.cupio.cy or to any partner shop. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase (counting from the dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email). RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial or self-employed:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (C.L. LUXURY NAIL BOUTIQUE, 7 Onisilou str, 4532 Limassol or by email: office@cupio.cy) a clear message Declaration (a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods if these were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
Affiliated / Financed Business
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender enters into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

DAMAGED ITEM
We double-check all orders before we ship them, but it might still get damaged during the shipping process. If this happens, you can return the product with the original delivery note back to us, please contact https://www.cupio.cy for the appropriate procedures before sending. After checking, we will make a refund to your purchased account. Should you prefer product replacement to refund, please let us know when you contact https://www.cupio.cy, if there is stock available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
RECEIVING WRONG ITEM
We double-check all orders before we ship them, but if we still make a mistake and send you a wrong item, you can return it to us with the original delivery note and we will send the right one back to you. REFUND POLICY
All refund products will need to be unused. Usually it takes up to four weeks for your refund to be processed and it will be credited to the original payment account.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
When we received orders returned to us with incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship.
