For classic manicures, apply a base coat of polish in a similar shade and allow it to dry. Next, add a second coat, and while it’s still wet, sprinkle the nail velvet onto each nail directly from the container, using a fan brush or tweezers. Gently brush off the excess and press the velvet lightly onto the nail. Your velvet manicure is now complete.

For UV manicures, sprinkle the nail velvet over the final layer of wet UV gel before curing. Apply a thin layer so the UV light can properly set the gel. After applying the velvet, cure the sealing gel under the UV lamp twice for best results.
