For classic manicures, start by applying a coat of nail polish in a similar color and allow it to dry. Add a second layer of the same polish. While this layer is still wet, sprinkle the nail velvet directly onto the nail using the container, a fan brush, or tweezers. Gently brush off any extra velvet and press lightly for a flawless finish.

For UV manicures, sprinkle the nail velvet onto the final wet layer of UV gel (topcoat) before curing under the UV lamp. Apply a thin layer so the UV light can penetrate and cure the gel. After applying the velvet, cure the sealing gel layer twice under the UV lamp for best results.
