Ezo-Extreme offers excellent cleaning performance and a broad biocidal spectrum with rapid action time. It is designed for manual disinfection of instruments as well as use in ultrasonic cleaning baths.

Microbiological effectiveness:
– Bactericidal (including MRSA) according to EN13272: 0.5% concentration, 15 minutes contact time
– Bactericidal (including MRSA) according to EN14561: 1% for 15 minutes, or 0.5% for 30 minutes
– Fungicidal (C. albicans) according to EN 13624: 0.5% for 15 minutes
– Fungicidal (C. albicans) according to EN 14562: 1% for 15 minutes or 0.5% for 30 minutes
– Mycobactericidal (M. terrae, M. avium) according to EN 14348: 0.5% for 15 minutes in clean conditions or 1% for 15 minutes; 0.5% for 30 minutes
– Mycobactericidal (M. terrae, M. avium) according to EN 14563: 1% for 15 minutes in clean conditions, 2% for 15 minutes, or 0.5% for 30 minutes
– Effective against enveloped viruses (HIV, HBV, HCV, Ebola, BVDV, Influenza A, SARS, herpes) according to EN 14476: 0.5% for 15 minutes
– Adenovirus according to EN14476: 0.5% for 15 or 30 minutes in clean conditions
– Poliovirus according to EN14476: 1% for 15 minutes or 0.5% for 30 minutes
Directions for use:
– Prepare a working solution by diluting the concentrate with water
– Dilution level depends on the desired application and action time
– For a 1% solution, mix 10ml of concentrate with 990ml of water
– Submerge instruments immediately after use
– Make sure all surfaces and cavities are completely covered by the solution
– Once disinfected, rinse instruments with water and dry
– The solution remains active for up to 14 days if uncontaminated
– For best hygiene, it is advised to replace the solution daily
– Do not mix with any other detergents or disinfectants
– Intended for use by professionals only (hospitals, clinics, medical offices)
Precautions:
– May cause drowsiness or dizziness
– Causes serious eye irritation – in case of eye contact, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible and continue rinsing. Seek medical advice if irritation persists
– If ingested, rinse mouth and do not induce vomiting
– In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water
– Both liquid and vapors are flammable – no smoking permitted
– Store away from heat sources, open flames, and hot surfaces
– Keep in a well-ventilated area and tightly closed container
– Dispose of the container and any remaining product according to local regulations
– Wear protective gloves and suitable eye/face protection
– Contains less than 5% non-ionic surfactants
– The surfactant components comply with biodegradability requirements under Regulation 648/2004
