Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Acceptance
The Company must be advised in writing by recorded delivery of any defects in the Goods as soon as they are discovered by the Buyer who shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods if they have not been rejected on or before the seventh day after delivery. The Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods in whole or in part thereafter.
Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. An acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch of the goods ordered.
Set off and counterclaim
The buyer may not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due to the Company by reason of any right of set-off or counterclaim which the buyer may have or allege to have or for any reason whatsoever.

Law, Jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Cyprus law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. All contracts are concluded in English.

We offer Free Standard Delivery within Cyprus to orders over € 50 (per delivery address).
Standard Delivery charge: €5.00+VAT (19%) (delivered within 3 working days)

MINIMUM PURCHASE
Our minimum purchase order value is €15.
Important Information on Returns:
Returns of faulty products will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at LUXURY NAIL BOUTIQUE, keep the products in perfect condition and take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to mishandling, will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty product if a replacement is in stock and available. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 6 days of being received by you.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days. All the credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed in the https://www.cupio.cy or to any partner shop. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase (counting from the dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email). DAMAGED ITEM
We double-check all orders before we ship them, but it might still get damaged during the shipping process. After checking, we will make a refund to your purchased account. Should you prefer product replacement to refund, please let us know when you contact https://www.cupio.cy, if there is stock available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
RECEIVING WRONG ITEM
We double-check all orders before we ship them, but if we still make a mistake and send you a wrong item, you can return it to us with the original delivery note and we will send the right one back to you. Please keep the return product in a re-saleable condition. Before sending, please contact https://www.cupio.cy with your order number for the appropriate procedures.
If you prefer refund to exchanging of product, we will credit the product price to the account used for the original purchase. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Please contact https://www.cupio.cy with the indication of preference for refund.
REFUND POLICY
All refund products will need to be unused. Usually it takes up to four weeks for your refund to be processed and it will be credited to the original payment account.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
When we received orders returned to us with incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship.
