– Always begin with preparation solutions (such as Nail Prep and Nail Bonder). The low acidity improves the product’s adherence to natural nails.
– For clients with problematic nails, consider adding a thin layer of clear base for added strength.
– Sculpt a proper apex—right after curing, the base is more flexible, so building the apex correctly is essential for preventing breakage.
– On very thin nails that tend to lift at the edges, finish the manicure by using a special drill bit to remove natural nail from underneath, applying the under refill technique.
