For classic manicures, apply a base coat of polish in a matching color, let it dry, and then add a second coat. While the second layer is still wet, sprinkle the velvet powder onto the nail directly from the jar, using a fan brush or tweezers. Remove any excess powder with a brush and gently press it down for a flawless velvet finish.

For UV manicures, apply the velvet onto the final layer of UV gel (finish) before curing it under the UV lamp. Make sure to sprinkle a thin layer so the UV light can properly cure the gel. After applying the velvet powder, cure the sealing gel in the lamp twice for best results.
